Léa Guicheteau has worked in the fields of energy, health, and transportation. Starting her career at ENGIE, she contributed to the establishment of France's first offshore wind farm, focusing specifically on communication, public relations, and the project's social acceptability. Her journey then took her to Canada, where she worked in high-growth sectors, developing particular expertise in managing strategic communication projects within the health industry. For the past five years, she has been active in Quebec's aerospace sector, working at Aéro Montréal, Quebec's aerospace cluster. As Director of Public Image, she has helped promote the sector to the media and government and has been directly involved in the development of the new aerospace innovation zone, Espace Aéro.
